When global travel came to a halt during COVID-19, Cresta Jameson Hotel — one of Zimbabwe’s most iconic hospitality brands — wanted to send a message of reassurance and readiness.
They turned to Ember Communications to film, and edit a series of commercial that would communicate that Jameson had upgraded its systems and services to ensure every guest felt safe, valued, and cared for.
Our creative direction balanced warm hospitality with a message of modern safety.
The visuals highlighted Cresta Jameson’s upgraded check-in technology, enhanced cleaning systems, and staff commitment to guest care — all set in a tone of quiet confidence and optimism.
Through lighting, pacing, and the film conveyed a sense of calm assurance: “We’re open, we’re safe, and we’re ready to welcome you back.”
The campaign resonated with both new and returning guests, helping restore confidence in hotel stays during and after the pandemic.
Cresta Jameson successfully positioned itself as a leader in safe, customer-focused hospitality, and the commercial became a visual promise of care.
